My favorite places to shop (on a budget)

I am creating an app for the iGadgets, and thought it would be nice to link my favorite sites to shop. I always go to Polyvore for inspiration when I dont know what to wear... but when I have a closet full of nothing to wear, that means its time to go shopping!! Enjoy!
