Triangular Warehouse Turned Into A Unique Bucktown Mansion (PHOTOS)

Developer Bob Ranquist, known for his expertise in residential urban design, really outdid himself with a stunning property in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood that is now for sale.
According to Chicago Home and Garden magazine, the new home is the sixth Ranquist had built for his family in just 12 years.
"Our houses have been a way for Bob to flex his architectural muscle," Ranquist's wife told the magazine.
The home on North Leavitt Street features a master bedroom suite that takes up the entire fourth floor, a pine stairway and a secluded backyard garden--among many other perks.
Check out this unique rehab that transformed a triangular 8,600 square foot warehouse into a modern, loft-style single family home in Bucktown.
This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom is currently listed at $3.27 million. Find out more about the property here.
